How do you ground and connect with nature and yourself?

Through the breath? Through Yoga? Through meditation? Through nature time?

For me, I love waterfalls. The constant gushing of the water as it hits the rocks, the damp moist smell in the air, the butterflies flying around the trees, the cicades ringing so loud that you can’t think.

This connection to nature brings back my connection to myself 😌

Nature is our ultimate teacher, she is loving, kind, forgiving and a force to be respected with awe.

Taking time out to be deeply present and ground and connect to nature gets me out of my head and into my heart. It’s the deep realisation that I am not APART of anything but A PART of everything ✨

I prescribe Nature time to all of my Reiki clients as it’s not something that we get enough of anymore in our busy society. It truly is a beautiful way to re-connect with our true essence- LOVE! 🥰

So do yourself a favour and get out into nature- the bush, the beach, a waterfall, and switch off that busy mind and just BE PRESENT and CONNECTED.
