My Meditation, Mindfulness & Breathwork Experience

I am a qualified Meditation practitioner and studied with The Australian School of Holistic Counsellors in 2021. I have been practicing many different styles of meditation and mindfulness over the years and have extensive personal experience. I am also a 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga teacher, 50 hour Yin Yoga teacher, qualified Holistic Counsellor and Reiki Master. All of the modalities require me to remain mindful and present for my work and thus, I practice meditation and mindfulness daily.
