1.5 Hour Reiki session (Initial Visit) – $120
In your 1.5 hour initial Reiki session, I will intuitively tap into your energy body and identify areas in your life where you may be holding onto stagnate energy and suppressed emotions relating to certain areas in your life. I do this by using the Reiki universal life-force energy as well as other tools like inner child visualisation and IFS tactics. The Reiki energy will assist in healing those areas that require attention, which can help you to feel more relaxed and at ease.
At the end of the session, I will incorporate an Oracle Card reading, which will be your take home message from your higher self and the universe.
I also incorporate an optional 2 week self- awareness journaling aspect, which is based around what messages I intuitively pick up on from your energy body. The journaling will help you to identify your thoughts, feelings and belief systems, which will help you to be more aware of them and work towards healing.
Doing this will benefit your energy body in letting go of certain emotions that no longer serve you and may help you to improve on other areas in your life that you would like to work on.
75 minute Reiki treatment (Subsequent visits)- $100
Subsequent Reiki treatments will be the same process as the initial visit but more focused on removing energetic blockages and improving free-flow of energy within your body. We can also touch base with the your progress with the optional 2 week awareness journal.
I recommend at least 3 treatments spaced 2-4 weeks apart for full effect

75 minute Distance Reiki Healing - $100
In neecd of some Reiki but not on the Sunshine Coast? In your 75 minute distance Reiki session, I will call you on the phone and have a brief chat with you about how you’re feeling and wanting to get out of the experience. After a brief chat I will instruct you to lie down and receive the healing at a distance whilst I use my Chakra crystals in line of your body. The Reiki energy will assist in healing those areas that require attention, which can help you to feel more relaxed and at ease.

Reflexology

Foot Reflexology
During your 60 minute foot reflexology session, I will work on your reflex points, which relate to different organs/glands in the body and explore the areas that need stimulating or sedating.
There is also the option to incorporate an Oracle card reading as a take home message from your higher self and the universe.
If you experience any of the below, you cannot be treated with Reflexology

Access Bars
A typical Access Bars session runs for 75 minutes. During this time, I will lightly touch these 32 points around on your head, which begins the process of dispelling the electromagnetic charge of all your limiting subconscious beliefs, feelings, and emotions from your energy body. These limiting subconscious beliefs may be issues surrounding love, self-worth, relationships or money. Access Bars is a great way for you to pull out the ‘weeds’ of your minds’ garden and replace them with beautiful fresh flowers of limitless potential and opportunity.
Access Bars can feel like hitting the delete button on your computer’s cluttered hard drive – only this time, you’re creating space in your brain. Things like negative thought patterns or endless mental chatter keeping you awake at night, can be released and make space for the calm you’ve been seeking.

1.5 hour Reiki and Reflexology – $140
In this 1.5 hour session, I will incorporate both Reiki and Reflexology into your healing treatment to balance the energy body work with physical for a more holistic healing experience. I will spend approximately 60 minutes practicing Reiki, followed by 30 minutes of Reflexology and debriefing after your session. An Oracle Card reading can also be included at your request
1.5 hour Reiki and Access Bars – $140
In this 1.5 hour session, I will incorporate both Reiki and Access bars in your healing treatment. I will spend approximately 45 minutes doing Reiki to remove any energetic blockages from your energy body and then spend the remainder 45 minutes lightly pressing on the 32 access or energy bars on your head. An Oracle Card reading can also be included at your request.
