What does it mean to trust your intuition? For ages, I never knew what that really meant. I always thought this meant that there was a magical power that others had that I didn’t possess. I didn’t even have the faintest clue about what it looked or felt like to trust my intuition. See I would get these strange ‘feelings’ and ‘knowings’ but no one ever told me that THAT was it! I just always thought I was making immediate judgments of people in my mind. I thought it had to look like some grand magical sign blazoned in my brain that I couldn’t miss. No one ever told me that in fact, I had been intuitive my whole life but never connected the dots together to UNDERSTAND and BELIEVE that. It wasn’t until I jumped down the rabbit hole of my spiritual journey that I started to learn and identify what my intuition looked and felt like. It’s been so fascinating to learn about the 4 (or more) common types of intuitions- clairvoyance (clear seeing), clairaudience (clear hearing), clairsentience (clear feeling) & claircognizance (clear knowing). My Reiki journey has definitely fine-tuned these for me and it never ceases to surprise me when I’d be with a client and these intuitive messages would drop through randomly with the most randomest messages from Source 😅
So, how’s your intuitive abilities? Do you know when intuition is communicating, and do you trust that? Or does the mind jump in and over-ride your natural ability? Trusting your intuition is like flexing a muscle, we must practice daily.
Set yourself little challenges and see how you go! How do you practice and exercise your intuitive abilities? I’d love to know ❣️
